Every background. One clear path.

ROWS was founded to help close the recruiting-resource gap for students from a wide range of academic backgrounds. We help members build the technical skills, recruiting knowledge, and personal narrative needed to compete for opportunities in high finance.

Many strong candidates study economics, engineering, the sciences, the liberal arts, and more, outside the traditional finance pipeline and without the same access to recruiting guidance. We help you translate your academic background and experiences into a compelling recruiting story.

Finance and business majors are welcome too. Whether you're starting with the fundamentals or getting ready for recruiting, there's a place for you here.
